We have received a lot of feedback from you since ChemVIP first went live. In fact, the latest release is almost entirely based on what you have been asking for. Since we are changing our basic operating system we have taken the opportunity to bring ChemVIP up to an even higher level of functionality. Here are some of the key new features:

Look and Feel
All the parts of ChemViP AO Plus have a more unified appearance. The overall design of AO Plus uses a tab navigation system throughout. ChemVIP, the Product Library and the Commerce area are utilizing a common system. We hope you find this even easier to use.

Order Create Features
In the area of Ordering there are a few new enhancements. Orders can be placed in less time by creating templates to reduce re-entering items frequently ordered or utilizing the Re-Ordering feature. In case you will not finish placing an order, ChemViP will remind you next time you log in, that an order process is not finshed.

Customer Services
In the area of finding out about your exisiting orders we are adding more detail to the order information as well as completing the Certificate of Analysis feature. Now, all CofA's are available online.
