Product Uses
n-Butyric anhydride is a raw material for cellulose acetate butyrate. In lesser quantities it is a raw material for cellulose ketobutyrate and for fragramce chemicals, pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. n-Butyric anhydride is also used as an acylating agent for dyes.
